The Global Women’s Career Lab is an international research and training initiative with the vision that more women leaders globally rise into top management positions. Gender collaboration and male allieship are pillars of the vision.

Since 2017 more than 160 female and male top managers from 11 nations participated in the unique qualitative, scientific researches of the GWCL. They are sharing their insights and career experiences to support the vision. The findings of the GWCL have been published in several books.
